We have two types of rates according to the cancellation policy:
Non-refundable rate: This rate is cheaper but does not allow exchange or refund.
In case you have to cancel, change or do not check in,
you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
If you have already paid said amount, you will not receive any refund.
Cancellation policy refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival.
If the cancellation occurs with less than 7 days before the start of the stay,
you will be responsible for 100% of all nights.
